Belmont CDC conducts face to face counseling at its office. Potential homebuyers attend the Counseling training to be eligible for House Charlotte and NC Housing Finance funding.

Belmont CDC supports our kids! We offer assistance to students in our communities through our annual Back-to-School Drive, which provides much needed school supplies to area kids.

This program allows clients to surf the internet, look for jobs, applying for jobs online and educational research.

This program targets first-time home buyers. We rehab existing single family homes for low and moderate income families/individuals.

This program will identify eligible households in the Belmont community who are in need of repairs done to their homes. We partner with entities that offer assistant to residents that qualify for this program.
